Bought new, sealed in package 6 months ago. It, as I’m learning, is an older model, but it is fully supported by garmin. I’ve called Garman a few times to help me set it up and they were very happy to do so. I’ve had no problems with this; it is simply that I don’t need it. I’m 72 years old for the new knee and looking at another new knee soon. I don’t need this tool..
